New Member: Derek Burles
Following an early career in advertising agency account management, Derek migrated from poacher to gamekeeper in marketing management at Wiggins Teape, followed by the Sellotape company.
When the latter wished to deploy Derek's talents in the Benelux countries, he decided to jump ship and start the Redworth Products company, providing sales, marketing and logistic resources to overseas companies who wished to have a commercial presence in the UK.
Redworth Products morphed into a marketing and sales consultancy, which exists to this day, coupled with Derek's role of a campaigner in renewable energy development, currently affecting the area of Kent in which he lives.
Derek was proposed for membership by Justin Hobson.
