Happy 90th Birthday to John Lawrence

The Committee would like to take this opportunity to wish a fantastic 90th birthday to wood engraver and illustrator John Lawrence, born in Hastings on 15 September 1933.

John gave a talk to the Society in 2004, for which he produced the keepsake above. You can read more about his wonderful work in this Guardian article from 2003.
